Apollo Kinas Internal Rules of Procedure

In order to have the best possible experience and enjoyment at the cinema, all cinema-goers must comply with the Apollo Kinas rules. By purchasing a ticket for a cinema screening in our cinema you agree to the rules listed below.

IMPORTANT!

  • Apollo Kinas has the right to change the times, prices, format, and age limit of screenings without additional notice.
  • The cinema staff has the right to expel from the cinema or auditorium any person who violates the internal rules and not to refund the ticket. In the event of a more serious offense, the cinema has the right to detain the person until he/she is handed over to the police.
  • Bringing your own food and drink to the cinema is prohibited. Failure to comply with the ban is punishable by a fine of 200 Eur.
  • In the event of an evacuation, tickets will not be refunded. Damages shall be compensated with a gift ticket of the same value.
  • Photography and filming are strictly forbidden in the Apollo Cinema. Anyone who does not comply with this prohibition will be expelled from the cinema and the recording device will be confiscated and destroyed. The cinema has the right to fine the offender 2000 Eur.

TICKETS

  • The Apollo Kinas cinema's weekly cinema repertoire (Friday to Thursday) is compiled and published every Tuesday.
  • Tickets can be purchased at the cinema box office, self-service kiosks, online at www.apollokinas.lt, and on the Apollo Kinas mobile app.
  • Screenings start with advertising and film trailers, which should be added to the length of the film (up to 20 minutes).
  • Tickets and change must be checked at the box office and no claims are accepted afterward.
  • Please have a valid ticket throughout the screening.
  • The cinema staff has the right to ask for your ID.
  • Tickets are reserved for large groups only.
  • Apollo Kinas has the right to refuse to sell tickets and to refuse admission to the cinema to persons who are intoxicated, have serious hygiene problems, or whose behavior is disruptive to other patrons.
  • Wheelchair users are admitted free of charge provided that the customer is in a wheelchair. If the customer wants to sit in a chair in the cinema, a ticket must be purchased. For access to the cinema, please contact the cinema staff.

DISCOUNTS

  • Apollo Kinas discounted cinema tickets are available for children, young people, seniors, and people with disabilities.
  • Discounts are only available on the presentation of proof of discount.
  • Children under three years old are admitted free of charge if they sit on their parent's lap during the screening. We recommend that very young children only attend family cinema screenings.
  • Group discounts can only be offered by prior reservation. We cannot offer group discounts before the start of the film.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Visitors are FORBIDDEN from bringing:

  • Cameras, camcorders, and other video and audio recording equipment;
  • Food and drinks purchased outside the cinema;
  • Large bags or packages that would impede the movement of people between rows or interfere with evacuation;
  • Bicycles, roller skates, and other means of locomotion other than wheelchairs.

If we are able to store your belongings, please contact the cinema staff.

It is strictly FORBIDDEN in the cinema:

  • Narcotic, pyrotechnic, flammable, toxic, radioactive, lubricating, strong, and other substances of uncertain composition;
  • Cold and firearms.

For security reasons and in case of suspicion, cinema staff has the right to search customers' bags and purses.

Best practice in cinema

  • The Apollo Cinema is a smoke-free zone, including e-cigarettes and incandescent tobacco.
  • Mobile phones must be set to silent mode in the cinema. Please also note that the illuminated phone screen may disturb cinema-goers.
  • Loud talking is not allowed during the film.
  • If you need to leave the auditorium during the screening, please do so quietly and without disturbing the audience.
  • Inside the cinema, please sit quietly in the seat indicated on your ticket.
  • Cinema staff has the right to ask people to leave the cinema if their behavior disturbs other patrons or deliberately damages cinema property. In the event of a more serious offense, the cinema has the right to detain the person until he/she is handed over to the police. In this case, the tickets will not be refunded.
  • Security at the cinema is provided by the shopping center security team.
  • Photography and filming are prohibited in the cinema. Anyone who does not comply with this prohibition will be ejected from the cinema and the recording device will be confiscated and destroyed. The cinema has the right to fine the offender 2000 Eur
