Apollo Kinas Internal Rules of Procedure

In order to have the best possible experience and enjoyment at the cinema, all cinema-goers must comply with the Apollo Kinas rules. By purchasing a ticket for a cinema screening in our cinema you agree to the rules listed below.

IMPORTANT!

  • Apollo Kinas has the right to change the times, prices, format, and age limit of screenings without additional notice.
  • It is prohibited to bring your own food and/or drink to the cinema auditoria. It is also prohibited to consume your own food and/or drink in the general area of Apollo Kinas. Only food and beverages purchased from the Apollo Kino shop are permitted in Apollo Kinas auditoria.
  • Failure to comply with the prohibition will result in confiscation of your food and/or drink on entry until the end of the screening and/or removal from the cinema. Apollo Kinas is not responsible for the spoilage of confiscated food or beverages. Apollo Kinas reserves the right to apply a fine of 200 Eur to anyone entering the cinema with their own food and/or drink and/or to remove the respective cinema-goer from the cinema without refunding the ticket price.
  • In order to ensure the safety of cinema-goers and to prevent them from entering the auditoria with their own drinks/food, Apollo Kinas staff has the right to check their belongings at entrances. The check is voluntary, but Apollo Kinas staff have the right to refuse to admit to the cinema any person who refuses to have their belongings checked.
  • Apollo Kinas staff has the right not to admit to and/or remove from the auditoria any person violating Apollo Kinas internal rules without refunding their ticket. In the event of a severe breach of the rules, Apollo Kinas has the right to detain the offender until they are handed over to the police or security staff.
  • Taking pictures and videos in the auditoria is prohibited. Failure to comply with the prohibition will result in the person being removed from the cinema and the equipment used for the recording being confiscated and destroyed. In addition to the above, Apollo Kinas has the right to charge the violator of the prohibition of photography and filming a contractual penalty of 2,000 Eur and to remove the respective cinema-goer from the cinema without refunding their ticket price. Apollo Kino is not obligated to reimburse the cost of the equipment used for the recording.
  • In the event of evacuation, unused cinema tickets will be compensated with gift tickets of the same value, the unused part of which will not be refunded. Damages are compensated with a gift card of the same value.
  • Parents who allow minors to the cinema without parental supervision shall ensure that the child complies with Apollo Kinas internal rules and shall be responsible for ensuring that their child does not, among other things, enter the cinema with their own food or drink.
  • Cinema staff have the right to ask you to present an ID when you enter the cinema to check if you meet the age requirement for a film. See the age limits HERE.
  • Apollo Kinas is not liable for loss, theft or damage to the personal belongings of cinema-goers.
  • Apollo Kinas reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove from the premises of the Apollo Kinas any cinema-goer who does not comply with these Apollo Kinas internal rules, the age restrictions or the Apollo Kinas terms and conditions of sale and use without refunding the ticket price.
  • Apollo Kino reserves the right to amend these Apollo Kino internal rules at any time without prior notice.

TICKETS

  • The Apollo Kinas cinema's weekly cinema repertoire (Friday to Thursday) is compiled and published every Tuesday.
  • Tickets can be purchased at the cinema box office, self-service kiosks, online at www.apollokinas.lt, and on the Apollo Kinas mobile app.
  • Screenings start with advertising and film trailers, which should be added to the length of the film (up to 20 minutes).
  • Tickets and change must be checked at the box office and no claims are accepted afterward.
  • Please have a valid ticket throughout the screening.
  • The cinema staff has the right to ask for your ID.
  • Tickets are reserved for large groups only.
  • Apollo Kinas has the right to refuse to sell tickets and to refuse admission to the cinema to persons who are intoxicated, have serious hygiene problems, or whose behavior is disruptive to other patrons.
  • Wheelchair users are admitted free of charge provided that the customer is in a wheelchair. If the customer wants to sit in a chair in the cinema, a ticket must be purchased. For access to the cinema, please contact the cinema staff.

DISCOUNTS

  • Apollo Kinas discounted cinema tickets are available for children, young people, seniors, and people with disabilities.
  • Discounts are only available on the presentation of proof of discount.
  • Children under three years old are admitted free of charge if they sit on their parent's lap during the screening. We recommend that very young children only attend family cinema screenings.
  • Group discounts can only be offered by prior reservation. We cannot offer group discounts before the start of the film.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Visitors are FORBIDDEN from bringing:

  • Cameras, camcorders, and other video and audio recording equipment;
  • Food and drinks purchased outside the cinema;
  • Large bags or packages that would impede the movement of people between rows or interfere with evacuation;
  • Bicycles, roller skates, and other means of locomotion other than wheelchairs.

If we are able to store your belongings, please contact the cinema staff.

It is strictly FORBIDDEN in the cinema:

  • Narcotic, pyrotechnic, flammable, toxic, radioactive, lubricating, strong, and other substances of uncertain composition;
  • Cold and firearms.

For security reasons and in case of suspicion, cinema staff has the right to search customers' bags and purses.

Best practice in cinema

  • The Apollo Cinema is a smoke-free zone, including e-cigarettes and incandescent tobacco.
  • Mobile phones must be set to silent mode in the cinema. Please also note that the illuminated phone screen may disturb cinema-goers.
  • Loud talking is not allowed during the film.
  • If you need to leave the auditorium during the screening, please do so quietly and without disturbing the audience.
  • Inside the cinema, please sit quietly in the seat indicated on your ticket.
  • Cinema staff has the right to ask people to leave the cinema if their behavior disturbs other patrons or deliberately damages cinema property. In the event of a more serious offense, the cinema has the right to detain the person until he/she is handed over to the police. In this case, the tickets will not be refunded.
  • Security at the cinema is provided by the shopping center security team.
  • Photography and filming are prohibited in the cinema. Anyone who does not comply with this prohibition will be ejected from the cinema and the recording device will be confiscated and destroyed. The cinema has the right to fine the offender 2000 Eur
