Party room at Apollo Kinas Vilnius Outlet

  • Room rental 50€/h. 
  • If clients want to bring their own cake - we will ask catering fee per person. Fee - 3 €/per person

Birthday cake:

  • The birthday cake can only be ordered at Apollo Kinas Vilnius Outlet and Panevėžys.
  • You can order cakes from "Crustum" bakery in Apollo Kinas Vilnius Outlet. Check out the cakes on offer HERE.
  • In Apollo Kinas Panevėžys you can order cakes from the restaurant "Vasaris". Check out the cakes on offer HERE.
  • If you would like to order a cake for your birthday party, please select your preferred flavour and weight on the request form. 

Birthday animator:

  • Animator can only be booked at Apollo Kinas Panevėžys
  • The character/animator will brighten up your celebration. Characters available.
  • Birthday programme: musical dance and games programme, face painting, balloon folding.
  • The programme is for groups of up to 15 children. 1 hour - 65 €

Additional information:

  • For 3D movies, an additional €1 is added to the package price.
  • For double seats, an additional €1,5 is added to the package price. (Apollo Kinas Vilnius Outlet)
  • For double seats, an additional €1 is added to the package price. (Panevėžys)
  • Please submit your birthday reservation request at least 5 business days before the birthday event. NB! Reservations will be responded to within 3 business days.
  • Birthday package prices apply to children up to 17 years old. Normal ticket prices apply to participating adults (club price for Apollo Club members).
  • The cinema schedule is prepared in advance for one cinema week, from the Friday of the current week to the Thursday of the following week. The schedule for the new week is published on Tuesday evening.
  • When booking a birthday package, there must be a minimum of 6 children participating.
  • Payment for the birthday package must be made no later than 2 business days before the birthday event via bank transfer based on an invoice.
  • For double seats, an additional €1 is added to the package price. (Panevėžys)
  • The distribution of products included in the birthday package at the cinema is based on the payment order.

  • Tickets and products cannot be refunded or exchanged on-site.
  • Bringing your own food (including your own cake) and drinks is not allowed. Only food purchased from the cinema shop, bar, or cooperation partners is permitted on Apollo Cinema premises.
  • The use of cake candles, sparklers, etc., is not allowed on cinema premises.
  • Identification may be checked for age-restricted films.
  • By purchasing a birthday package as an Apollo Club member, you also earn Apollo Club bonus points.
  • Special cinema ticket pricing applies when purchasing a birthday package, so these tickets do not count towards the 10th free ticket for Apollo Club members.
  • Birthday visits cannot be paid for with an Apollo gift card or Apollo Cinema Gift Ticket.
  • Birthday packages are not valid for special events or cultural experiences.
  • In the case of an age-restricted movie, we might check identity documents.

  • The birthday package can only be ordered just Apollo Club members. Registration is free
  • Birthday package prices are VAT inclusive.
